看來鉀有提神效果,不過主要還是能幫助體內排掉多餘的鈉,控制血壓

有營養師說健身前可以吃香蕉補充能量,健身後補充蛋白質,你覺得有沒有道理?

健身前後吃對這些食物 才能練出肌肉

簡單的答案是,做有氧減肥運動之前不應食澱粉質,做無氧增肌運動之前應食少量澱粉和蛋白質。運動後應立刻飲帶糖飲品如朱古力奶之類。過中的生理和Biochem理論就太長去解釋。見諒。

香蕉還有很多其他對大腦有益的物質。

Bananas might be the world’s most perfect brain food. 我要多吃幾根香蕉才能看完這些!

網路上很多這種把某類食物講得很「神」的文章
給人感覺是過度詮釋,看看就好
文中提到香蕉的維生素B6,卻沒提到植物性B6人體很難吸收
吃雞肉、魚肉反而可攝取更豐富好吸收的B6
(不過,B6沒那麼神啦!而且均衡飲食就不會缺乏)
只要知道香蕉「鉀」、「鎂」、「色胺酸」含量豐富
可降血壓,讓人心情愉悅,就夠了

運動後怎麼吃?

運動後身体缺糖,開始分解肌肉造能。所以應該第一時間補充血糖。我建議飲巧古力奶因為它的澱粉質,蛋白質及脂肪比例較適合運動後的雖要和容易吸收。之後可以大魚大肉。

老家的院子有一棵香蕉樹,我出生前就有了
從小看到大,經歷多少次颱風仍屹立不搖
每年香蕉結果數串,香蕉一根根細細的
無論有多熟,皮總是綠的,從未轉黃
剝開皮,濃郁的香氣撲鼻而來,口感Q軟
是心裡作用嗎?覺得比市售的香蕉好吃
從未看過家人施肥澆水,頂多把枯葉割掉
聽媽說,生我們幾個小孩要坐月子都自己養土雞
雞糞直接倒到土裡當肥料,難怪香蕉樹長那麼好!
搬到新家後,仍住老家的老爸每年都會割一串香蕉給我們嚐嚐
吃著自家的香蕉,也喚醒了童年的美好回憶
小時候我特別喜歡聽雨打在香蕉葉的咚咚聲

老家拆除後,看著我們幾個小孩長大的香蕉樹也跟著砍掉了
像家人般存在的香蕉樹並未消失,它永遠留存在我的記憶中!
